Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote position based in Yorkshire, offering flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the use of medical devices from key manufacturing partners across the region. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same, requiring adaptability, clinical acumen, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Provide hands‑on technical and procedural support to surgical and scrub teams during theatre cases, including both elective procedures and trauma situations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals.
- Product Education: Deliver product training and technical education to clinical teams, ensuring safe and effective use of medical devices.
- Territory Management: Manage and develop your territory, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting existing accounts.
- Sales Activities: Support business development initiatives, respond to product enquiries, coordinate case coverage, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, process orders, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
