As a Clinical Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic sales region. Working closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and the Sales Manager, you will provide technical support to hospitals and healthcare professionals across London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored training sessions to ensure surgeons and theatre staff are fully equipped to use medical devices safely and effectively.
- Offering in-theatre support during procedures as needed.
- Providing technical guidance in the operating room on orthopaedic reconstruction products.
- Delivering comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on product usage.
- Generating sales leads within key customer accounts.
- Coordinating logistics related to procedure planning and consignment stock.
- Providing onsite support for product demonstrations and educational events.
- Adhering to all internal communication and documentation standards.
- Implementing sales strategies under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.
- Continuously developing your knowledge of relevant products and the competitive landscape.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems for assigned accounts.
