The Opportunity
This is an entry-level sales role designed for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in orthopaedic medical device sales. Reporting into the South regional team, you will support Territory Managers, Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists while gaining hands-on exposure to theatre, surgeons and the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional sales activity across South England & London.
- Attend theatre lists and assist with procedure support and logistics.
- Build product and clinical knowledge across the hip and knee portfolio.
- Develop relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital teams.
- Support account planning, follow-up and CRM administration.
- Participate in product training and professional development programmes.
- Represent the business professionally in all interactions.
About You
Essential:
- Degree educated (ideally biomedical, life sciences, physiotherapy, sports science or similar).
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.
- Bright, motivated and able to absorb complex technical information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Exposure to orthopaedics or the operating theatre environment.
- Strong interest in building a long-term sales career.
