As part of their ongoing UK expansion, they are looking for a dynamic and clinically driven Clinical Sales Specialist to take ownership of the East Anglia territory, driving growth, supporting theatre teams, and representing an outstanding product range.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting, field-based role that blends technical expertise, clinical support, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will work alongside orthopaedic surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams to deliver both exceptional clinical outcomes and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and key hospital stakeholders.
- Provide expert in-theatre case support and product guidance during surgical procedures.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through strategic account development and new business generation.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams on launches, events, and educational programmes.
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of competitor activity.
About You
You’ll be a confident, motivated sales professional who thrives in the clinical environment and has a passion for orthopaedics and innovation.
Essential:
- NHS Pysio, Scrub Nurse, MSK Physio, Clinical Support Specialist or Medical Device Sales experience.
- Strong clinical understanding and experience supporting procedures in the operating theatre.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to cover the East Anglia region.
Desirable:
- Background in trauma, joint reconstruction, or extremities.
- Degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or similar.
