An established global leader in orthopaedic and surgical solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their high-performing UK team. This role is ideal for a motivated medical device sales professional looking to take ownership of a new territory and work with innovative products that genuinely improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive sales growth across East Anglia, meeting and exceeding territory targets
- Build strong, trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, clinical teams, and procurement staff
- Deliver effective product demonstrations and in-theatre training (excluding direct patient contact)
- Provide regular market insights, forecasts, and competitive intelligence
- Represent the business at key meetings, training events, and industry exhibitions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in orthopaedic device sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial mindset with a structured, professional approach
- Knowledge of local NHS and private hospital networks preferred
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
What's on Offer:
- Up to £65,000 base salary
- £35,000 bonus + 9% of territory revenue over target paid as bonus
- £8,400 annual car allowance, or company car
