Our client is a British orthopaedic implant manufacturer with a reputation for innovation, clinical excellence and strong surgeon partnerships. With continued UK growth and a broad hip and knee portfolio, they are expanding their commercial footprint in the South.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving strategic growth across London and the South of England. You will manage key accounts, win new business and work closely with Clinical Specialists to deliver both clinical and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined territory across South England & London.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with surgeons, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
- Execute strategic account plans aligned to regional objectives.
- Support procedures alongside Clinical Specialists.
- Maintain accurate CRM and business reporting.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the business.
About You
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience in orthopaedic device sales.
- Strong understanding of hip and/or knee arthroplasty.
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Joint replacement or revision experience.
- Degree educated.
