The Role:
As National Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing the UK sales organisation, driving performance and building a high‑performance culture. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on field engagement, ensuring your team is supported, developed, and consistently delivering at a high level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the UK commercial strategy aligned to wider business objectives
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a national sales team, embedding a high‑performance, strengths‑based culture
- Spending time in the field to develop individuals and support revenue growth
- Building strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and key healthcare stakeholders
