A growing international medical device company specialising in orthobiologics is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead distributor‐led growth across Europe. The organisation develops and commercialises regenerative solutions designed to enhance bone healing and support spine and orthopaedic procedures. With increasing demand across key European markets, the business is now looking to strengthen its regional commercial leadership.
This is a high‐impact regional position responsible for driving sales growth across Europe through a distributor model. You will own and execute the commercial strategy for the region, manage and optimise channel partners, identify new distribution opportunities, and ensure revenue targets are achieved across key spine and orthopaedic accounts. The role is field‐based, with regular travel across assigned European territories. The successful applicant will be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Drive regional sales growth across designated European markets
- Develop, manage and optimise distributor relationships
- Identify, assess and appoint new channel partners where required
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with spine and orthopaedic surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders
- Support product launches, pricing strategies and regional marketing initiatives
- Conduct product training and clinical education with distributor sales teams
- Attend European congresses and industry events
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership
- 5+ years experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthobiologics, spine or regenerative technologies
- Proven experience managing distributor networks across multiple European territories
- Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks, including MDR
- Commercially astute with the ability to build and execute regional growth strategies
- Based in the UK
- Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (50–60%)
