An established global leader in orthopaedic and surgical solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Associate / Junior Territory Manager to join its high‑performing UK commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early‑career medical device sales professional, or a clinically experienced individual looking to transition into commercial sales, to develop within a structured territory and gain exposure to leading orthopaedic products that improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support territory growth across the West Midlands under the guidance of senior commercial leadership
- Develop and manage relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide in‑theatre support and training (no direct patient contact)
- Work closely with senior territory managers to identify sales opportunities and convert pipeline into revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting
- Gain exposure to NHS and private hospital procurement processes and tender cycles
- Participate in regional meetings, training sessions, and industry events
What We're Looking For
- Some experience in medical sales, clinical support, orthopaedic exposure, or a strong desire to enter the medical device sector
- Degree educated or equivalent (life sciences, business, or healthcare‑related preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and willingness to learn
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, organised approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
