Today, we've grown into an international platform operating across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, bringing together founders, investors, healthcare systems, clinicians, corporates, policymakers and industry leaders. Our global calendar spans flagship summits in Malta, Dubai, West Palm Beach and Hong Kong, alongside investor forums, executive gatherings, roadshows, workshops and curated networking experiences throughout the year.
As we continue to expand internationally, we're looking for an ambitious and highly organised Conference Producer to take ownership of the content and programming behind our global events. You'll be responsible for identifying the conversations that matter, finding the right people to lead them, and turning those ideas into compelling panels, keynotes, fireside chats and experiences.
- Research the latest developments across MedTech, HealthTech, digital health, AI, medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare systems and investment to identify the conversations our audiences need to hear.
- Develop compelling conference themes, tracks, panel discussions, fireside chats, keynotes and new content formats.
- Identify and recruit high-calibre speakers including CEOs, founders, investors, clinicians, hospital executives, corporate leaders, academics and policymakers.
- Lead speaker outreach, invitations and follow-ups, building genuine long-term relationships rather than treating speakers as one-off event participants.
- Help with writing strong session titles, descriptions, speaker briefs, moderator notes and agenda copy.
- Work closely with our partnerships team to integrate sponsored content while protecting the quality and credibility of the overall programme.
- Collaborate with our marketing and media teams to identify speakers, sessions and stories that can become interviews, articles, social content and wider campaigns.
- Be present on-site at our international summits, managing speakers, troubleshooting programme changes and helping ensure every session runs successfully.
- Analyse feedback and programme performance after each event and continuously improve our content strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong international network of potential speakers and contributors across the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, commercial awareness, editorial judgement and exceptional organisation. You should be comfortable spending the morning researching an emerging healthcare technology, the afternoon speaking with a global CEO or investor, and still making sure dozens of speaker confirmations and programme deadlines are moving forward.
- Previous experience in conference production, agenda development, content production, journalism, research or a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with speaker recruitment, outreach and relationship management.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for MedTech World summits and other key events throughout the year.
Success in this role means building programmes that people genuinely want to attend. It means securing speakers who elevate the MedTech World brand, identifying important conversations before they become obvious, and creating panels with genuine chemistry rather than simply impressive job titles. It also means developing relationships that extend beyond a single event, turning speakers and contributors into long-term members of the MedTech World ecosystem. Ultimately, you'll help shape the voice of MedTech World across four global regions and build the conversations connecting our international community.
Malta-based or remote. However, if you're not based in Malta, this role can also be performed remotely, with regular collaboration across our international team and travel to key MedTech World events.
If you'd like to relocate to Malta, we'll help make the transition easier, including shared temporary accommodation for your first two months. You'll help shape conferences across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, with flagship gatherings in Malta, Dubai, West Palm Beach and Hong Kong.
You'll have the opportunity to build new formats, shape our global content strategy, take ownership and grow your responsibilities alongside the organisation. Eligible team members may extend selected business trips across our international hubs, combining remote working with time to explore the destination.
If you're driven by impact, excited by international travel, and ready to take on your events career to another level - we’d love to meet you. Apply now and help bring the MedTech World vision to life.
