𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

This is a clinical training and support role where you'll play a key part in supporting the sales process through expert product knowledge and education.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering training and education sessions to theatre staff on the company's orthopaedic product portfolio
  • Providing clinical support during surgical procedures
  • Supporting cases in theatre, working directly alongside surgeons and clinical teams
  • Offering technical expertise and guidance on specialist orthopaedic devices and equipment
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clinicians across your territory

Full training will be provided.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

To be successful in this role, you must have a clinical background gained as one of the following:

  • Clinical Nurse / Scrub Nurse
  • Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
  • Clinical Physiotherapist

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Confidence working with complex surgical devices and equipment within a theatre environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-motivated, resilient and hard-working approach
  • A dynamic and engaging personality with strong personal credibility
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the medical device industry, where your effort and performance directly influence your success
