Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist

Director – Specialist Medical Device Sales Recruiter & Headhunter (Medtech Search Associates Ltd)

You will be part of the sales process in a non-targeted position, working alongside the sales team to service hospitals and provide technical support to all client stakeholders.

You will spend a significant part of your week in hospitals and theatres across Central Scotland, with primary clinical contacts being Orthopaedic Surgeons.

You will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate the medical device products, attending surgery to provide real-time support to cases.

This role would ideally suit an existing ODP, Scrub Nurse, Physiotherapist or Physician Associate who wants to shift career into the medical device industry, or a top graduate with a Biomedical Science or Sports Science degree who can demonstrate solid commercial experience and a real desire to succeed in medical device sales.

The salary scale depends on clinical/orthopaedic expertise.
