Medstrom is seeking a Bid Submissions Coordinator to join our Derbyshire team at Castle Donington.

You will coordinate and produce professional bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across UK and international tenders.

Working with the Tenders Manager and Commercial Team, you will monitor tender portals, prepare PQQs/ITTs/RFQs, maintain a library of bid information, and help ensure compliance and consistency across submissions.
