We’re looking for a proactive People and Culture (HR) Administrator to join our friendly People and Culture team - an opportunity to build your career in a supportive, employee-owned organisation where your work genuinely makes a difference. This role will be on a full-time, temporary basis for six months (with the potential to lead to a permanent role).

The Role
As a People and Culture Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting HR activities across the business. This is a fast-paced and varied position where you will work closely with the People and Culture Manager to ensure records and systems are updated efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations) and our rewards platform (Reward Gateway)
- Produce HR reports and support weekly/monthly analytics
- Administer onboarding, including offer letters and terms & conditions, DBS checks, and Right to Work compliance
- Manage employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, internal moves, probation reviews)
- Support absence management processes and maintain accurate sickness records
- Organise and maintain personnel records and sensitive documentation
- Support the administration of Sec3ure and MIA credentialing schemes
- Provide administrative support for People initiatives and projects
- Produce notes and letters from formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, office-based Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am – 5:00pm.

- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

- Experience using HR systems
