Responsibilities

- Build and optimise Power Automate flows across departments and integrate them with business systems.
- Work with SQL and Microsoft Azure.
- Write scripts, logic, or connectors to integrate applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to identify automation opportunities and scope solutions.
- Test automations in sandbox environments before release.
- Debug automation failures and ensure scripts remain operational as core systems update.
- Support broader Power Platform initiatives, including Power Apps and Power BI as needed.
- Present business cases to the board for new projects.
- Document automation designs for governance and audit purposes.
- Ensure projects are thoroughly mapped and documented to support future fixes, updates, and ongoing IT support.
- Collate post‑project data and measurable outcomes to evaluate and demonstrate business impact and value delivered.
