We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Tenders Coordinator to develop a career in bidding, procurement and proposals.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring public and private sector tender portals and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating the full tender process from opportunity identification through to submission for the UK and international teams.
  • Review tender notices, specifications, framework requirements, and customer documentation. Identify key deliverables, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines as part of a successful and knowledgeable team.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitation to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Information (RFQs), Pre-Acquisition Questionnaires (PAQs) and supporting tender documentation.
  • Maintain and update a library of typical tender information, case studies, policies, service information, evidence of performance and clinical benefit.
  • Help to ensure all submissions are fully compliant with customer instructions and procurement requirements.
  • Support in formatting, proofreading, and cross-referencing documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance.
  • Assist with quotations during peak periods.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
