  • Support the development and maintenance of risk assessments, safe operating procedures and training materials.
  • Create, update and allocate LMS training courses, toolbox talks and bite-size learning content on Health, Safety and Environmental topics.

  • Support fleet-related administration and compliance activity alongside the Department Administrator.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports relating to packaging and waste.
  • Support internal and external audits relating to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Provide cover for the Business Administrator during periods of absence.

Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, typically 8am - 4pm, based at Head Office in Castle Donington.

About You

  • Experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental coordination or administrative role.
  • Ideally, an IOSH qualification or equivalent experience gained within a similar role for at least three years.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience creating documents, presentations, training materials and reports.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with PowerPoint and Visio would be desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Full driving licence, as some travel may be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to make a meaningful contribution to Health, Safety, Environmental and Fleet performance across the organisation.

In addition to the salary and related benefits, you will join a company that has grown extensively over recent years and, through our unique ownership model, continues to offer great career opportunities for those who are keen to progress.
