We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Bid Submissions Coordinator to develop a career in bidding, procurement and proposals.

What you'll be doing
Working closely with the Tenders Manager and wider Commercial Team, you will play a key role in coordinating and producing professional bid documentation, ensuring all tender information is accurate, compelling and delivered to deadline.
- Monitor public and private sector tender portals and identify potential opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating the full tender process from opportunity identification through to submission for the UK and international teams.
- Review tender notices, specifications, framework requirements, and customer documentation. Identify key deliverables, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines as part of a successful and knowledgeable team.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Assist in preparing and compiling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitation to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Information (RFQs), Pre-Acquisition Questionnaires (PAQs) and supporting tender documentation.
- Maintain and update a library of typical tender information, case studies, policies, service information, evidence of performance and clinical benefit.
- Help to ensure all submissions are fully compliant with customer instructions and procurement requirements.
- Support in formatting, proofreading, and cross-referencing documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance.
- Assist with quotations during peak periods.
- Report writing.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
