We are now looking for a weekend Delivery Driver / Product Cleaner to join us and help provide high-quality medical products (beds and mattresses) to our valued customers on a Saturday and Sunday, working 15 hours per week.

The Role
For the Delivery Driver part of the role, you will be required to deliver an effective and timely delivery service to our customers. You will be responsible for transporting Medstrom products and laundry across the UK.
- You will load and unload the vehicle, ensuring you take care of the stock and tools you transport, as well as the van
- Travel to hospital sites or Medstrom locations and deliver the products to the designated areas
- Liaising with Medstrom colleagues regarding deliveries and collections
- Completion of jobs on electronic handheld devices
This is the ideal role for a confident driver with a great customer focus to embark upon a rewarding career with a rapidly growing business.
The Product Cleaning element of the role (when not driving) requires you to undertake cleaning, testing, and repairing products and making them ready for use.
- Meeting targets related to product preparation
- Delivering a timely and appropriate service to the field technicians
- Completing and recording electrical safety testing on products during tasks; you will be fully trained
- Updating relevant IT systems
Hours of work: 15 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday, approximately 6am - 2.30pm (some flexibility is needed depending on business needs and travel).
About You
To be considered as a weekend Delivery Driver / Product Cleaner, you will need:
- Full UK driving licence required, with the ability and confidence to drive long-wheelbase vans
- The ability to follow procedures laid out by the business to achieve deadlines
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise jobs
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude
- Some flexibility with working hours, depending on travel, traffic, and customer needs
Due to the nature of our business, the successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check prior to commencing the role.
