Medstrom Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Bid Submissions Coordinator to develop a career in bidding, procurement and proposals. Working closely with the Tenders Manager and Commercial Team you will coordinate and produce professional bid documentation, ensuring accuracy, compelling content and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring tender portals
  • Coordinating the full tender process for UK and international teams
  • Reviewing notices and requirements
  • Compiling PQQs/ITTs/RFQs/PAQs
