MedStep is expanding its network of UK-based UCAT tutors. This is a flexible, remote opportunity for self-employed tutors who enjoy working with motivated students. Tutors deliver one-to-one or small group sessions independently and have the freedom to structure lessons according to their own teaching style.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience with the UCAT exam
- A degree in Medicine or Dentistry
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting students applying to medicine is advantageous but not required
Tutors operate on a self-employed basis and set their own hourly rates. MedStep acts as a referral and student-matching service and charges a commission per session, agreed upon prior to commencing lessons. Commission structure is discussed individually and reflects the tutor’s chosen rate and experience level. Tutors are responsible for managing their own tax and professional obligations.
