Medsolve are proud to be partnering with a client who are looking for a Social Care Training Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This is a full time role and they offer a salary of 25000 to 26000 Shift Pattern for the Social Care Training Officer are Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm. As the Social Care Training Officer you will play a vital role in ensuring that employees receive highquality training in line with up 1 todate government bodies and legislation and provide individualistic support to the wider workforces training needs. Main Job responsibilities of the Social Care Training Officer is: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive training program for care teams. Focus on providing insightful and bespoke training to both new and existing employees. Ensure training programs align with industry standards and regulations. Provide guidance and support to staff pursuing qualifications. Design and deliver training sessions in collaboration with internal line managers and HR teams. Conduct assessments to ensure staff competence and compliance. Plan and execute inductions specialized training and elective components. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. Maintain accurate training records for staff and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Stay informed about industry changes and update training content accordingly. Provide educational supervision to employees monitoring competency assessments. Offer mentoring and support feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Liaise with external colleges and professional bodies to facilitate the professional development of our employees.
