Medsolve are proud to be partnering with an amazing organisation who are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to provide quality, person-centred support to young adults with Autism. This is a Permanent role, and we offer a salary of £11.60 per hour. Please note we do NOT offer sponsorship. We have Full time and Part Time opportunities.

Main Purpose of Job of the Support Worker is:

  • To make a real difference to people’s lives - people that are passionate, committed and invest in all that they do to achieve their potential and support others to do so.
  • You will work alongside the Manager and Senior Support Workers in supporting our young adults to progress positively through receiving encouragement, understanding, care and patience.

We are looking for Support Workers with some of the following skills and attributes:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • A willingness to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines
  • Experience working with Autistic adults, but not essential as full training provided
  • A high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
  • A level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
  • Although not essential, a clean driving license would be advantageous
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • A Good Listener
  • Patient
  • Kind, Caring and Empathetic
