Leverage data analytics to monitor billing performance, client revenue trends and contractual risk, adjusting commercial strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership and Organisational Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, fostering collaboration, accountability and measurable results. Set clear KPIs for business development, client engagement and margin optimisation, ensuring regular reporting and performance tracking. Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to broader corporate strategy, governance and growth planning.
