Our Partnerships team helps bring MedPal to more people by working with strategic partners across pharmacy, health, and wellness sectors to grow reach, trust, and impact.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships across the MedPal app and New Health, our peptide clinic, helping maximize value for MedPal, our partners, and the people who rely on us for their health. You'll sit within the Marketing function and collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to lock in new deals, strengthen existing relationships, and identify opportunities that accelerate MedPal's growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the day-to-day management of MedPal's key partnerships across pharmacy and wellness channels, from first conversation through renewal or conclusion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding partner experience.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate new partnership opportunities that expand MedPal's and New Health's reach across health, wellness, and pharmaceutical markets.
  • Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, managing operational activities, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships across partner organizations through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that are both commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
  • Represent MedPal and New Health at trade shows, industry events, and conferences, using them as a platform to build pipeline and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Grow MedPal's B2B and B2E relationships, identifying new employer, corporate, and business partnership opportunities that complement our direct-to-consumer offer.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop marketing and distribution initiatives that increase awareness and drive user growth for both the MedPal app and New Health.
  • Analyze partnership performance and business metrics to generate actionable recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.
  • Share insights, learnings, and best practices across internal teams to influence future partnership strategy, product improvements, and commercial opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • You bring experience from health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or another regulated consumer industry, ideally with knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape.
  • You understand commercial agreements, regulatory considerations, and the metrics that drive partner and customer growth.
  • You build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, using influence and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
  • You enjoy solving complex problems, take ownership of your work, and adapt confidently in a fast-changing environment.
  • You use data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and develop compelling recommendations that support business growth.

What's On Offer:

  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
