Our proprietary AI triage system assesses patient needs in seconds — fast-tracking routine medication requests and escalating complex cases to qualified prescribers and GPs. We support patients through structured treatment programmes, online assessments, and ongoing medication management, delivering personalised, convenient care at every step.
MedPal Clinic is building a structured, lifecycle-driven CRM to support patients through regulated treatment journeys including assessments, prescriptions, onboarding, adherence and repeat ordering. We are looking for a part-time contractor for our CRM & Lifecycle to take pre-defined flow logic and turn it into fully designed, built and functioning lifecycle automations across our pharmacy CRM stack. This is a technical lifecycle execution role.
Flow architecture and journey logic will be outlined to you. You will be responsible for bringing those journeys to life inside the chosen CRM platform.
Key ObjectiveOperationalise a full pharmacy lifecycle programme that supports:
- Patient onboarding
- Assessment completion
- Prescription approval and dispatch
- Dose progression and adherence
- Repeat prescription nudges
- Subscription conversion
- Churn reduction
- Long-term LTV optimisation
CRM Flow Build & Automation
- Build multi-step lifecycle flows inside the CRM platform.
- Set up triggers based on:
- Assessment behaviour
- Purchase events
- Subscription status
- Prescription timelines
- Engagement behaviour
- Configure logic branches (if/else paths, delays, behavioural triggers)
Lifecycle Email Design & Setup
- Design clean, conversion-focused email templates aligned to the MedPal brand
- Build modular template structures for reuse across journeys
- Implement dynamic content and personalisation variables
- QA rendering across devices and email clients
Systems & Data Coordination
- Connect CRM flows to:
- Website events
- Purchase data
- Subscription data
- Referral logic
- Ensure correct tagging and segmentation logic
Flow Deployment & Testing
- End-to-end testing of flows before going live
- Validate trigger timing and edge cases
- Monitor flow performance and flag issues
- Maintain documentation of each lifecycle journey
- Experience building lifecycle flows in CRM platforms
- Experience with healthcare, subscription, e-commerce lifecycle journeys
- Strong understanding of:
- Event-based triggers
- Segmentation logic
- Conditional automation
- Comfortable working from structured briefs and diagrams
- Strong QA mindset
Within the first phase, you will help build:
- Pharmacy onboarding flows
- First order → second order transition flows
- Dose progression support flows
