Job Summary
Looking to lead driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists within a leading CRO? This position will provide you that opportunity. You’ll be providing Talent Acquisition guidance and support for various departments and leaders within the company focusing in EU and APAC. This position will include creating recruitment strategies, working with internal and external recruiters, leading HR staff to ensure staffing needs are met, and driving our recruitment marketing. This is an office based role with work from home flexibility (~1 day a week).
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas, which includes creating engaging and accurate job advertisements, sourcing exceptional candidates, interviewing, preparing correspondence, processing new hires, etc.;
- Manage and lead a team within Talent Acquisition while providing leadership, guidance, and support for the designated departments;
- Strategically lead campus recruitment with local colleges and universities;
- Utilize recruitment technology and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and streamline processes;
- Develop creative approaches to identify and attract active and passive candidates for current open positions and future opportunities;
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment;
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\’s reputation and attract top talent;
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure appropriate offers are delivered, and new hires have a seamless onboarding experience;
- Analyze the status of recruitment practices regularly and report findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree and 7 years of industry experience;
- Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry is preferred;
- HR management experience is a plus;
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to improve and drive brand visibility and market awareness;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
