Join Medpace as a full‑time, office‑based Patient Recruitment Coordinator. You will work independently and with a team to recruit and retain patients for clinical research trials.

Responsibilities

  • Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to discuss recruitment strategies and enrollment targets.
  • Work with Recruitment to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and ongoing studies.
  • Utilize systems to track progress of media‑generated referrals and overall study enrollment.
  • Update study‑specific social media sites.
  • Perform ad‑hoc projects/tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
  • At least 4 years of business experience.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
