Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.

  • Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.

  • Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.

  • Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.

  • Assist with case processing activities as delegated.

  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.

  • Perform other tasks as needed.

  • A-levels – desirable, GCSEs – requirement (English, Science and Maths grade 6 – 9).

  • Administrative experience is beneficial.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.

  • Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
