Join Medpace as a full‐time, office‐based Patient Recruitment Coordinator. You will work independently and with a team to recruit and retain patients for clinical research trials.
Responsibilities
- Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to discuss recruitment strategies and enrollment targets.
- Work with Recruitment to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and ongoing studies.
- Utilize systems to track progress of media‐generated referrals and overall study enrollment.
- Update study‐specific social media sites.
- Perform ad‐hoc projects/tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred.
- At least 4 years of business experience.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
