This position offers extensive training and is suitable for recent or upcoming graduates. Experience in internships, industrial placements, NHS, or Clinical Trials is beneficial. Due to ongoing business growth and a strong study pipeline, we are seeking Project Coordinators to join our successful UK team and engage in clinical trial management daily. The role involves working with operational teams to accomplish key tasks and projects vital to our success. We are looking for dedicated individuals willing to invest several years in Project Coordination before progressing to their next role. Please submit a cover letter to support your application.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Clinical Trial Manager to ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy;
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS);
  • Communicate with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors;
  • Manage the Trial Master File;
  • Create and update project timelines and enrollment projections;
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, with applications from upcoming graduates (June - September 2025) welcomed;
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Experience in health sciences or a related business setting preferred;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Attention to detail.
