About the role. Mednet is looking for a top talent as a Marketing and Account Executive. The unique role involves supporting the organisation with implementing their comprehensive marketing strategy, to promote the agency's services and enhance brand visibility across a range of platforms. You will oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, manage digital campaigns and monitor and analyse performance metrics to maximise our marketing execution. In this role, you will report into one of our Group Account Directors and the ideal candidate should be confident to manage marketing activities independently. This role will have a joint function, to support the team to service our clients in the pharmaceutical life sciences and wider healthcare industry, including planning and delivering a variety of campaigns and projects. This may include events organisation, creating digital assets and print materials, conducting research and delivering reports and presentations. You will work with team members to define deliverables, plan timelines and provide input to effectively manage resources and budgets for projects. You will be a key point of contact for both your clients and team and will enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will brief and manage the delivery of work with internal copy and design teams. With guidance from senior team leaders, you will help drive the strategic development and direction of accounts.

- Experience in marketing, including digital campaign management and performance analysis

- Reports to senior team leaders to provide status updates on projects and mitigate risk

- Highly computer literate
- Demonstrates experience, understanding or interest in health and pharmaceutical life sciences
- Previous experience in an agency preferred, but not essential
- 2:1 degree classification in a relevant subject (marketing preferred)
The position will be based at Mednet’s head office in Leeds. We provide flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working. You will be expected to attend the office on a weekly basis.
