What you’ll do:
- Develop original, insight-driven creative concepts and scientifically grounded narratives across medical education, brand and promotional campaigns.
- Transform complex clinical data into compelling stories that are strategically sharp, emotionally resonant and scientifically rigorous.
- Shape messaging and creative direction across accounts, partnering closely with strategy, design and client teams.
- Elevate conceptual thinking across the agency — bringing fresh ideas, unexpected angles and high creative standards to every brief.
- Lead scientific storytelling across projects, ensuring accuracy, nuance and compliance without compromising creative impact.
- Contribute confidently to workshops, pitches and client conversations as both a strategic thinker and scientific partner.
- Mentor and inspire junior writers, helping raise the quality of thinking and craft across the team.
- Maintain excellence across editorial, regulatory and compliance standards.

- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to develop both craft and confidence.
Must-have experience:
- Degree in life sciences, medicine or a related scientific discipline (MSc/PhD preferred).
- Significant experience in a medical communications, healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical agency environment.
- Exceptional writing craft with the ability to move seamlessly between scientific precision and powerful storytelling.
- Mastery of data interpretation, evidence-based communication and regulatory considerations.
