We are recruiting a Mobile Commercial Development Manager (CDM) who will play a critical role in driving the commercial growth and utilisation of Medneo's market-leading mobile diagnostic imaging services across the UK. Medneo operates one of the most advanced fleets of mobile MRI and CT scanners, delivering flexible, high-quality diagnostic capacity to NHS and independent healthcare providers. The CDM is responsible for taking this unique solution to market, building strong partnerships with imaging departments and healthcare leaders while ensuring optimal utilisation of Medneo's mobile assets.
Working closely with the Business Development Director, Regional Mobile Managers and operational teams, the CDM will develop new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure commercial targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. This is a high-impact commercial role requiring strong healthcare market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to translate clinical needs into compelling service solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Delivery
- Deliver mobile imaging revenue in line with agreed budget and EBITDA targets
- Develop and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth
- Identify, develop and secure new commercial opportunities within NHS and independent healthcare providers
- Ensure optimal utilisation and pricing performance across mobile scanner deployments
- Monitor commercial performance and produce regular pipeline, revenue and activity reports
- Act as the named commercial lead for a portfolio of mobile customers
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and strong customer experience
- Lead the identification, preparation and submission of competitive tenders
- Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create clear, high-quality tender responses
- Monitor national and local procurement opportunities to identify upcoming bids
- Maintain strong awareness of the UK diagnostic imaging market
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Network across healthcare systems to expand Medneo's profile and reputation
- Provide insights to support pricing strategy and commercial planning
- Work closely with: Business Development Director, Operations Director, Regional Mobile Managers, Central support teams
- Support operational teams with commercial insight and customer engagement
- Mentor and guide colleagues on business development best practice
