Veterinary Surgeon – near Shropshire Hills

Salary: Up to £50,000 – £75,000 (D.O.E.) including bonuses and flexitime options

Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible rota

About the Role

Join a friendly, well‑equipped small animal practice serving the rural community near Shropshire Hills. You’ll enjoy consults, surgery, diagnostics and supportive in‑patient care in a clinic with modern facilities, including multiple consultation rooms, digital X‑ray, in‑house lab, separate cat and dog wards and electric vehicle charging.

We’re Looking For

• A qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon – new graduates welcome, but experience working in GP small‑animal practice is a plus
• Someone confident in consulting, routine surgery and diagnostic work
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment
• Someone keen to grow – through mentorship, CPD and clinical best practice
