Veterinary Surgeon – near Havant, Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join a well-established team near Havant . You will be joining a team consisting of 2 full time vets, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA, 1 RVN practice owner and 4 receptionists.

The practice was opened in 2016 and currently has an active client base of approximately 3000 , with a good surgical load. We are therefore looking for a veterinary surgeon with both excellent consulting skills and is experienced and looking for a role allowing more surgical days.

The role offers

• No OOH and no on call.
• We value our team’s work and home life balance so offer
• 1 weekday off per week.
• The full years rota planned in advance.
• Currently closed on Sundays (with no plans to reopen Sundays).
• Vast majority of lunch hours and work day finished on time.
• At least 3 mornings of surgery every week.
• A combination of 15 minute and 30 minute appointments.
• An active patient base that is split 67% canine, 27% feline and less than 6% rabbit and exotic.
• Regular vet meetings.
• Admin time throughout the day.

• Salary £50,000 – £70,000(D.O.E.)
