We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming and well-equipped small animal practice near Attleborough, Norfolk . With flexible hours, no out-of-hours, and excellent clinical support, this is the perfect opportunity for vets seeking both professional growth and work-life balance.

The Role
You\’ll join a multi-vet team with varied interests, supported by experienced RVNs and support staff. The role involves a mix of consulting and routine surgery, with time for case work-up and clinical freedom.

  • Flexible rota – full-time or part-time considered
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only
  • Great case continuity and supportive mentorship
  • Option to pursue a certificate in your area of interest

About the Practice

This RCVS-accredited, purpose-built practice is equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, separate cat/dog wards, and dedicated surgical facilities. The practice has a strong team culture and prides itself on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Located in Thetford, you\’ll benefit from easy access to Norwich, Cambridge, and the Norfolk countryside — ideal for vets seeking a peaceful setting with good travel links.
