About the Position

  • Full-Time role – 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 4 weekends required
  • Up to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and general client queries
  • Promote the practice’s Healthcare Plan and book follow-ups
  • Manage payment processing and finance applications
  • Respond to client emails and social media queries
  • Maintain accurate records using RX Works software
  • Flexible start date
