Experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a leadership role in a thriving practice? We have a fantastic maternity cover opportunity for a Head Vet to lead a dedicated team in Solihull, delivering exceptional clinical care while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.
The Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of veterinary care.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the practice team.
- Work 40 hours per week with a 1:3 Saturday rota.
- No OOH.
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
