A well‑established Training Practice in Portsmouth, Hampshire is seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join its supportive and forward‑thinking team. The practice cares for approximately 27,000 patients across two modern seafront sites in the south of Portsmouth, combining the benefits of a large, well‑resourced organisation with a friendly community feel.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary clinical team that works collaboratively across primary care and PCN services including 6 Partners, 12 Salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, a Paramedic, Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and a dedicated Nursing Team. With efficient SystmOne workflows, protected admin time, and minimal home visits, the team ensures a sustainable workload and a positive work‑life balance.

- Up to 8 sessions per week
- Approx. 27,000 patient list across 2 sites
- 12 patients per session with 15‑minute appointments
- Fully paid admin session (pro rata for 6 sessions)
- Minimal home visits supported by an Acute Visiting Service (AVS)
