About the Position:- Part-Time/Full-Time role available – 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- 45% private income split
- 50% split on lab fees
- Full diary managed – Regular patient demand, stable diaries, Consults generated on your behalf
- Clinical lead responsibilities in team support and business input
- Must be confident in Composite Bonding procedures and willing to offer these services
- Predominantly day-to-day general private Dentistry, with adhoc Clinical Lead duties as they arise
- High uptake of Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry within practice
- Available to start from February 2026
- Predominantly general dentistry day-to-day - Private Only
- Composite bonding skillet (Essential)
- Clinical Lead duties are reactive, supporting clinicians, complaints handling, and strategic input
- Implantology welcome for simple single cases and Restorative work (Not Essential)

- Digital workflow including Dentally, digital scanners, and more
- High patient footfall throughout the practice – continual demand for treatment
