Associate Dentist – Responsibilities
- Mixed Associate Dentist position – NHS stability and Private conversion support
- 4-5 days per week available – flexible days to suit you – Monday to Friday available
- 1 late evening per week
- 2 Saturdays/month (private only)
- Up to ÂŁ13.50 per UDA (depending on experience)
- Up to 5,000 UDAs available annually (flexible and based on working day uptake)
- 45% private split – fee per item and plan patients
- Private potential and conversion actively demonstrated and achievable – demonstrated successes of up to £40K per month in private income at a sister practice
- Stable patient diary – good earning from day one!
- Strong emphasis on private treatment growth and CPD/skillset development
- Flexible start date with dedicated onboarding
Locum Dentist – Responsibilities
- 2-4 days per week – Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Saturday morning
- ÂŁ15 per UDA
- Around 25-30 UDA's booked per day – NO TARGETS
- 45% split on Private work
- ASAP and ongoing
