Experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a leadership role in a thriving practice? We have a fantastic maternity cover opportunity for a Head Vet to lead a dedicated team near Birmingham, delivering exceptional clinical care while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.

The Role

  • Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of veterinary care.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the practice team.
  • Work 40 hours per week with a 1:3 Saturday rota.
  • No OOH
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
