Head Veterinary Surgeon

Overview

We are working with a well-established independent small animal practice near Bromley, London that is seeking a Head/Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and friendly team.

This is a full-time position, with a balanced mix of clinical and leadership responsibilities. You’ll be guiding two other vets while collaborating closely with the Senior Veterinary Surgeon, Head Nurse, and Head Receptionist to maintain exceptional clinical standards and team culture.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £75,000 per annum – D.O.E.

About the Position

• Full time role available
• 1.5 hours lunch break (half hour paid)
• No OOH – covered by external provider
• Mix of consultations and surgeries
• Opportunity to lead and mentor a small clinical team
