We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse(RVN) to join a friendly, progressive practice in Southampton. Whether you’re newly qualified or bring years of experience, you’ll be supported and valued in this welcoming team.

The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of nursing, including consults, surgical nursing, inpatient care, and supporting the vet team. This practice values the nursing role and encourages professional growth, with plenty of opportunity to develop your interests.

• A varied caseload across consults, surgery, and medical nursing
• A strong team culture and supportive leadership
• Protected time for CPD and team development
• A healthy work-life balance with no OOH and 1 in 4 Saturday rota (mornings only)

This RCVS-accredited small animal practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and separate cat/dog wards. The team is friendly, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together to provide top-notch care to pets and clients alike.
