We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, newly expanded mixed practice in Devon. With a stable patient list, modern facilities, and a high demand for private treatments, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive environment.
What We Offer:
- Flexible working options – Part-time or full-time role available
- Competitive UDA rate – £14 - £15 per UDA, 4,000 UDAs per day per annum
- Thriving private potential – minimum of £120,000 gross per annum, 50% private split
- Up to £10,000 Joining Bonus
State-of-the-Art Practice:
- 5 newly expanded surgeries
- Digital X-rays, intraoral camera, TV screen scanning device for clear aligners
- OPG coming soon
- Well-supported team, including 3 Associates, 2 Receptionists, 1 Practice Manager, and 4 Nurses (2 qualified, 2 trainees)
- Open to supporting special interests – We will invest in equipment for the right candidate
This role is available due to an existing Associate relocating abroad, making it an excellent opportunity to take over a well-maintained list with strong earnings potential.
