Join us as a Clinical Floor Manager at a busy veterinary hospital near Basildon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager with strong organisational and leadership skills to play a key role in the smooth running of a busy, multidisciplinary hospital.

About the Position

  • Full-time role available
  • Up to £38,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
  • No out-of-hours (OOHs) or weekend requirements
  • Oversee patient flow and optimise workflow between teams
  • Manage referrals, colleagues, and room allocation across departments
  • Anticipate and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
  • Support clinical departments and provide cover as required
  • Lead and inspire colleagues in delivering outstanding patient care
