An efficient and clinically focused dental practice is seeking a dynamic Associate Dentist to join their expanding team near Kettering. The practice prides itself on high-quality patient care, day-to-day efficiency, and strong support for clinicians.
About the Position:
- Part time position – 2-3 days per week
- £14–£14.50 per UDA
- Additional bonus structures can be discussed for clinical support roles
- 1,000 UDAs per working day annually
- 50% split on private treatments
- Support for special interest dentistry to generate additional private earnings – receptive clientele
- Modern, recently refurbished purpose-built practice
- High uptake in Cosmetic Dentistry – excellent earning potential £££
- Stable diary with strong oral health

Private Potential:
- Proven proactive approach and success in patient conversion
- Denplan and Fee-Per-Item patients
- £60,000 income for Implants generated during a single open day – actively promote and generate private income
- Minimum of ÂŁ340,000 private revenue generated in one year, continuing to grow
