A well-established independent small animal practice in South London is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its friendly and close-knit team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance, with no Saturday, out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements. You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, delivering high-quality care across a varied small animal caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing support across a range of small animal cases
- Monitoring anaesthesia and supporting surgical procedures
- Assisting with diagnostic imaging
- Delivering high standards of inpatient and clinical care
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and clinical standards
- Communicating with clients about procedures and aftercare
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
About you:
- Is registered with the RCVS as a Veterinary Nurse
- Has at least two years’ clinical practice experience
- Is confident with anaesthesia and diagnostic imaging
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Works effectively in a busy clinical environment
- Is compassionate and committed to animal welfare
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
