ABOUT MEDLOOP

Medloop is a CQC regulated provider of primary care clinical services into the NHS.

We are the first point of contact for over 100k patients via contracts with Primary care networks. Over the years, we have developed deep integrations within the NHS spine and the ability to read and write into the Medical record.

We are looking to leverage these integrations and client relationships to launch AI-native products and agents to automate clinical and admin workflows such as document processing for our practices we work with.

YOUR MISSION

  • Build a small team of backend and front-end engineers
  • Own the product and solution architecture - play a key role in quality control and code optimisation
  • Transform Medloop’s business - define the strategy and work closely with our Product Team to translate business features into workable tech tasks
  • Shape the product - identify weak spots in our current architecture and propose RFCs to continuously evolve the product
  • Coach the team - develop best practices and strive to achieve code excellenc

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years experience building and leading a high achieving software engineering team(s) within a start-up organisation
  • AWS/Azure solutions architect professional certification
  • Hands on experience on setting up CI/CD pipelines, Functional Programming and Serverless Architectures
  • Fluent in at least 2 of the following languages: NodeJS, Java, React, Python
  • Ideally domain experience as well, ie working with the NHS
  • Undergraduate degree from one of the top tier Universities
  • Big picture thinking - correctly diagnosing problems and building innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner closely with Product Owners and Business Heads
